Den Of Art Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Den Of Art following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (EST) and are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We do not charge a flat rate for shipping. Instead we charge you what the desired shipping company charges us. The charge is based on weight and location.
Pick Up
You can pick up your order at our warehouse location located at 14 Connie Crescent - Unit 8, Concord, ON. L4K2W8. Our warehouse is open from Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm (EST). You must receive an order pick up confirmation prior to picking up your order.
International Shipments
Den of Art does ship internationally. You must contact us for a quote.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Den Of Art currently does not ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Please be aware of international orders. Den of Art is not responsible for any customs fees, duties and taxes, and or brokerage fees that may apply. Please check with your local government/customs agent to see if any fees apply.
These fees are not included in your order cost and are not handled by Den of Art. It is your responsibility to pay any fees that your government may require.
Damages
Den Of Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
